Availability/Payment - Apartments are offered on a first come first served basis. Full payment is required upon booking. A confirmation, including key pick up instructions and telephone number, will be sent within 24 hours of payment. We accept all major credit cards (subject to a 3% surcharge).

Condition - Apartments are turned over in clean condition with bedclothes and towels. We provide an initial supply of soaps, paper goods, and rubbish bags. Additional services and supplies are available at extra cost. Rates include normal usage of electricity, gas, basic cable and local telephone. Long distance calls require a prepaid calling card.

Cancellation - Refunds are given only if written notice of cancellation is received more than 35 days prior to arrival.

Check In/Out - Check in is after 4 p.m. Check out is prior to 11 a.m.

Luggage/Mail - There are no facilities for leaving luggage or receiving packages or mail except at our office during regular business hours.

Other Apartments - For a fee Oxbridge can, acting as a licensed real estate brokerage firm, arrange rentals in property not under our management. In such circumstances we are not principals nor do we undertake to guarantee the performance by others of any agreement entered into with our clients.
